These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of www.ultimatecoders.ca (the “Site”). This Site is owned and operated by Ultimate Coders. This Site provides online and in-person educational services for kids ages 5 to 18.
By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.
All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Ultimate Coders and the Site’s creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.
As a user of our Site, you agree to use our Site legally, not to use our Site for illegal purposes, and not to:
Harass or mistreat other users of our Site;
Violate the rights of other users of our Site;
Violate the intellectual property rights of the Site owners or any third party to the Site;
Hack into the account of another user of the Site; or
Act in any way that could be considered fraudulent.
If we believe you are using our Site illegally or in a manner that violates these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to limit, suspend or terminate your access to our Site. We also reserve the right to take any legal steps necessary to prevent you from accessing our Site.

The one time services like camps and birthday parties will be paid for in full when the services are ordered.
Your subscription automatically renews and you will be automatically billed until we receive notification that you want to cancel the subscription.

There’s no long-term commitment with Ultimate Coders, our class plans are monthly subscriptions, you can cancel your plan anytime with a week’s notice before your upcoming monthly billing date by emailing the location you are registered with.
User is welcome to sign-up for a free 1-hour introductory coding lesson before signing up. Besides assessing Ultimate Coders, you also need to ensure that students are interested and enjoying the class and we are the right fit for their needs. As a part of the trial class, we will do an assessment and recommend you the right program and level for your child based on age and previous experience.
After the trial class parents will get an email with the program information, pricing plans and the assessment details. If interested parents can register their child to our program on our website.
To cancel your free trial, please follow these steps: You can email us or call us to cancel or reschedule your one-time free trial class.

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.
Individual Franchised Locations may develop their own refund and cancelation policies for the Services they provide you. These policies will be set forth in the Terms and Conditions of any Customer Agreement and /or Customer Terms and Conditions that you may enter into with your local Franchised Location. The refund and cancelation policies you agree to with your local Franchised Location will supersede the policies described of this Agreement.
We provide refunds for services sold on our Site as follows:
You must notify Ultimate Coders through email if you are withdrawing your child from the classes.
Full amount is refundable until 48 hours before the first class start date and time.
Once the classes are started we do not provide partial refunds. You can cancel the subscription with a week’s notice before your upcoming monthly billing date.
We understand that plans can change, and we want to ensure a fair and transparent refund policy for our participants. Please read the following refund policy carefully:
Full Refund with 7-Day Notice: Registrants who wish to cancel their enrollment must provide a written notice of cancellation at least 7 days before the camp or event start date. In such cases, a full refund of the fees will be issued, minus any applicable processing fees.
No Refund After 7-Day Notice Period: If a cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to the camp or event start date or if a participant fails to attend the camp without providing prior notice, no refund will be issued.
Transfer of Enrolment: Participants who are unable to attend the camp may have the option to transfer their enrollment to a future camp session, subject to availability. Transfer requests must be made in writing and must also adhere to the 7-day notice policy.
Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receiving a cancellation request that adheres to the 7-day notice policy. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Where the Consumer Protection Act, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.
Ultimate Coders and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.
Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Ultimate Coders and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site. We will notify users by email of changes to these Terms and Conditions or post a notice on our Site.
